Memorial Day Closing

The Ottumwa/ Wapello Landfill and Recycling Center will be closed on Monday, May 30.   Both facilities will be open regular hours, 7 AM to Noon on Saturday, the 28.     Landfill Has Bikes Available for $5.00

    The Ottumwa/Wapello County Landfill will begin offering bikes for sale for $5.00. Please call ahead at 641-683-0644 to make sure there are some available before you make the trip. Landfill hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm & Sat 7am – Noon.
