The Ottumwa/ Wapello Recycling Center and Landfill will be open on Monday July 3rd and closed Tuesday, July 4th. Regular trash collection will not be affected. All yard waste, bulk items both north and south and County trash and recycling will be collected on Thursday, July 6th.
